AGM: Annual General Meeting

Constable: Responsible for the maintenance of Sorbie Tower and its grounds.

Convenor: Chair of the clan council. The convenor is re-appointed every year at the Annual General Meeting

Keeper of the Tartan: Responsible for maintaining and approving the quality and additional manufacturing of, the official clan tartan material and associated articles.

Treasurer: Responsible for accounts receivable (for example, dues and proceeds from gatherings and clan merchandise sales) as well as accounts payable (for example, disbursing funds for the maintenance of Sorbie Tower and towards the various expenses incurred during the annual Gathering and the AGM)

Standard-Bearer: Responsible for local (to Dumfries & Galloway, & Scotland in general) publicity and promotion of Clan events and activities.
