ANNUAL GATHERING & ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Saturday 29 May 2004 – Sorbie
and Newton Stewart
For those arriving early, drinks can be
purchased at the
Pheasant Inn opposite the
village hall and this
provides a good opportunity to meet and socialise before the buffet
lunch.
12.00 Buffet lunch will be served in
the hall (after a welcome by the Convenor).
14.00 Visit and Gathering at
Sorbie
Tower.
18.30 for 19.00 Clan Dinner & Ceilidh
in the Bruce Hotel, Newton Stewart (Members and guests are actively
encouraged to participate in the Ceilidh by dancing, playing,
reciting, or singing). Any donations of items to the fundraising
raffle would be appreciated.
Sunday 30 May 2004 – Kirkdale House
10.00 41st Annual General Meeting.
Refreshments will be served afterwards. Visitors to Kirkdale will be
giving the opportunity to tour the house and gardens.
Costs are in Pounds Sterling and must be
paid, in full before 17 May 2004
